Role Description This is a Contractual Basis, on-site role based in New Delhi, for a Cyber Security Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering cybersecurity training sessions as part of EthicBizz programs. Primary responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting interactive sessions, mentoring students in hands-on cybersecurity projects, and preparing learners for globally recognized certifications. The role involves staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and ensuring that concepts like ethical hacking, application security, and information security are effectively taught. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Application Security, Malware Analysis, and Cybersecurity fundamentals Expertise in Network Security and Information Security practices Experience in mentoring or training individuals in cybersecurity concepts Good communication and presentation skills combined with a passion for teaching Ability to explain complex topics to learners with varied levels of expertise Familiarity with global cybersecurity standards or certifications, such as CEH, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+, is a plus Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred

The instructor will design and deliver engaging lessons on cybersecurity concepts including application, network, and information security, among others. The role involves preparing course materials, mentoring students, conducting practical labs, fostering hands-on learning, and guiding students on real-world cybersecurity challenges. The instructor will stay updated on the latest Cybersecurity trends and technologies to ensure relevant and impactful teaching.
