We help brands tell their stories through innovative strategies and compelling visuals. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our clients visions to life. The Role We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can switch effortlessly between digital and print mediums. In this role, you will be the visual voice for our clients, creating everything from engaging social media creatives to large-scale print advertisements. Note: This is a Hybrid position. You will be expected to work from our Moradabad office 1-2 days a week and remotely for the remainder. Key Responsibilities Social Media Creative: Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that drive en gagement.Marke ting Collateral: Crea te high-quality layouts for brochures, flyers, banners, business cards, and hoardings.Brand ing: Assi st in developing brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography.Colla boration: Work closely with content writers and marketing managers to brainstorm campaigns and concepts.Edits & Polishing: Reto uch images and ensure all designs meet the specific guidelines of the client.Time Management: Mana ge multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a hybrid work environment. Requirements Experience: Proven graphic designing experience (Agency experience is a plus).Softw are Proficiency: Expe rt knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Pho toshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency in Canva for quick turnaround projects is desirable.Portf olio: A st rong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics is manda tory.Comm u nication: Good command of Hindi and English to understand client requirements effectively.Locat ion: Must reside in or near Moradabad to attend in-office days. Preferred Skills (Bonus) Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or After Effects) for Reels/Shorts. Knowledge of UI/UX principles. Experience with print production processes (knowing bleed lines, CMYK vs. RGB, etc.).
