Role Overview We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about paid media and eager to grow in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This is an opportunity to work closely with international brands and build deep, practical experience in performance marketing. Responsibilities Assist in managing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) Support Meta Ads campaigns via Facebook and Instagram. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget planning. Analyze campaign data to suggest optimizations. Collaborate on creative testing and performance improvements. Report key metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, and ACoS. Stay updated with advertising platform trends and updates. Requirements 3 - 6 months of hands-on experience or strong theoretical understanding of paid media. Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite. Basic understanding of campaign metrics and performance tracking. Analytical mindset and interest in data. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
