Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Manager Development Foundry at ET Group of Companies, based in Hatkanangale. The candidate will oversee daily operations in the foundry, manage processes related to casting and metallurgy, and integrate efficient workflows for metal casting. Responsibilities include improving production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational goals. The role requires ensuring adherence to safety protocols and optimizing manufacturing practices within the foundry to align with company objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in Foundry Management and Process Integration Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Casting and Metal Casting processes Proficiency in Metallurgy and related technical knowledge Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team effectively Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills Prior experience working in manufacturing or engineering industries Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and quality improvement methodologies is an added advantage
