We are seeking an experienced and result-driven B2B Marketing Professional to promote and market LED lighting, Switchgears, Wires & Cables, Fans, and allied electrical products of a reputed brand from one of the leading electrical manufacturing concerns. The role involves institutional and project marketing across Government, Semi-Government, Private Sector, PSU, and Industrial segments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and expand B2B business for LED, Switchgears, Wires & Cables, Fans, and electrical solutions, Handle Government, Semi-Government, PSU, Private, and Industrial accounts. Identify and pursue business opportunities through tenders, EPC contractors, consultants, and system integrators. Manage tendering activities, including pre-bid meetings, technical documentation, and coordination. Build strong relationships with government departments, utilities, industries, architects, consultants, and project managers. Conduct product presentations, technical meetings, and demos. Coordinate internally for pricing, approvals, order execution, and after-sales support. Track upcoming projects, market intelligence, and competitor activity. Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and MIS reports. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration (Electrical background preferred). 5–10 years of experience in B2B / Institutional marketing of electrical products. Strong exposure to Government & PSU tendering processes.
