I have purchased the Navarathna black beads set which includes Navarathna laxmi kasu pendant and studs. This is my second purchase from Essence and really happy with the product.I would recommend if anyone loves to go with some good collection in your jewellery collections.

The entire team of essence are very responsive at any moment of day. The quality and the perfection of making is so good. Recently got my neck piece and it is excellent...I really really loved it and looking forward to purchase more❤.

I was surprised to see the collections in 14cts. They carry variety of jewelry in 14cts. I would suggest this place for beautiful collections.

Very irresponsible staff..... There is one guy who had no interest to show the products and in turn when I am asking some customisation he went inside with out telling anything. Called him couple of times after waiting for almost 25mins …

Taught of sharing this from long time but to say they doesn't know how to treat the customer. Very poor service. They show their jewellery only for few people and for rest they show there dull face. Not at all interesting. The way she shows jewellery is not the same when u visit the store.
