Place is good , product range is also good but the female staff was not so courteous. I shop from various forest essentials shops always had pleasant experience with staff courtesy .but at viviana mall the female staff was not upto the class of a luxury products. Dumb and dominating .

Products are expensive & can't be called premium products because neither does the staff give you any genuine suggestions, etc. nor are the products given based on requirements & are merely given based on target.
