We are hiring in Jalandhar , Patiala , Bathinda , Chandigarh , Moga , Ludhiana for the role of Branch Manager & Counsellor ( Candidates should be from Overseas Education Industry ) Counsel students about study-abroad options (UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Europe, and others). Understand student profiles and suggest suitable courses, universities, and countries. Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and follow-ups. Explain admission process, documentation, eligibility, timelines, and fees. Assist students in application filing, SOP/LOR guidance, and visa documentation. Maintain updated knowledge about universities, scholarships, intakes, and education policies. Maintain records of student interactions and update CRM regularly. Achieve monthly counselling, application, and conversion targets. Coordinate with internal departments for applications, finance, and visa processes. Attend training sessions, webinars, and university events as required. Required Skills & Competencies: Target-oriented and self-motivated. ( mandatory ) Strong communication and presentation skills.
