Job Title : Accounts Executive Qualification: CA Intermediate, B.Com or M.Com, MBA in Finance Work Experience : 1-2 year of experience in the field of accounting or Accounts Receivable Skills: Sound accounting knowledge. Basic knowledge of Taxes like VAT/WHT Hands on experience on Microsoft excel. Working experience on any of the accounting packages Responsibilities: Keeping track of AR processes including AR invoicing and processing from AR software to ERP. Regular follow up with users to ensure closure of open items related to customer's invoice processing. Chasing customers for overdue payments Reconciliation of AR Ensure timely resolutions of invoices processing related queries. Preparing AR reports Posting Journal entries/Bank entries in accounting software. Preparing reports required by Management. Helping team in timely closure of monthly/quarterly/yearly activities. Knowledge about the accruals, prepayments, depreciation entries. Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
