Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ERP Farvision Implementor with a strong understanding of real estate business operations and ERP implementation. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Farvision ERP system to streamline business processes across departments such as Finance & Accounts, Projects, Procurement, Sales, CRM, Inventory, and Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation & Configuration
- Implement and configure Farvision ERP modules as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with the Farvision software vendor for implementation, customization, and system upgrades.
- Ensure smooth integration of ERP modules across different departments.
- Support ERP rollout, testing, and deployment activities.
2. Business Process Mapping
- Understand existing business processes and map them to Farvision ERP functionalities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Configure workflows, approval hierarchies, user roles, and access permissions.
3. Real Estate ERP Operations
- Support ERP modules related to project management, budgeting, costing, procurement, inventory, and subcontractor billing.
- Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for vendor payments, customer billing, accounting entries, and financial reporting.
- Support sales, CRM, leasing, customer collections, and receivables processes wherever applicable.
- Ensure accurate data flow between project, finance, procurement, and other relevant modules.
4. User Training & Support
- Provide training to employees on Farvision ERP modules and functionalities.
- Resolve user queries, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with the vendor for technical support.
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with established ERP procedures.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation during implementation.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP modules.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports as required.
- Support management in generating operational and financial reports.
6. System Maintenance & Optimization
- Monitor ERP performance and identify opportunities for system improvement.
- Coordinate testing of new features, patches, upgrades, and customizations.
- Maintain issue logs and track resolution within agreed timelines.
- Ensure appropriate access controls, data security, and backup coordination.
