Very third class. Many times lift not work and right now i am stuck because of lift my bike is parking and lift not working its 10:25pm and i am still not able to go home. Maintenance team also not received call i am trying to call them from last 1 hour

It is a very bad experience with Eros Elevators regarding the service at the time of payment the company is going with proper follow up but when it come to service. it is worst then worst.
