Job Description

Role & responsibilities Analysis of potential investments (Private as well as public Market) covering all aspects. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of companies, sector, and other investment opportunity Prepare and present detailed investment note for approval. Execution of investments carrying out valuation analysis (financial and operational) by various methods like DCF, public comps, precedent transaction comps, appraisal Continuous monitoring of investments to ensure balanced investment portfolio with consistent returns. Regular review macro factors, market dynamics, security pricing, investment portfolio positioning to update investment portfolio and investment strategy Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action Develop, maintain, and update financial models Develop Research Reports Update Notes, Earning Previews/Reviews Conducting thorough analysis of financial statements backed by bottom-up and top-down analysis Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
