We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager – Office of the Business Head to support executive operations across our Investment, Mobility, and Logistics verticals. This pivotal role serves as the execution engine for the Business Head, ensuring that organisational priorities are translated into action and delivered with precision. The ideal candidate brings a blend of operational expertise, business insight, and execution discipline, enabling leadership to stay focused on strategic growth while confidently delegating project oversight, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Drive the execution of strategic initiatives and special projects led by the Business Head across business units. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and timely delivery of milestones. Prepare performance dashboards, operational reports, business cases, and executive presentations to help make decisions. Manage internal communications, follow-ups, and reporting on key action items from leadership meetings. Facilitate investment analysis, market research, and business expansion planning as needed. Ensure consistent tracking of KPIs and operational health across departments. Act as a liaison between the Business Head and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment. Optimise workflows, build project frameworks, and introduce tools/systems to improve speed and visibility of execution. Represent the Business Head in select internal meetings and external engagements when delegated. Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or strategic execution roles. Exposure to or experience in Mobility, Logistics, or Investment domains is strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with tight timelines. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a sharp eye for detail. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
