With pan-India operations and a robust growth strategy, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented to Laptop Service Engineer (Chip-Level) join our Repair & Refurbished Team. https://epwindia.com/ 🎯 Key Responsibilities: · Perform chip-level motherboard repairs , including BGA rework, BIOS programming, and component replacement. · Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues in laptops (power failure, display issues, overheating, charging problems, etc.). · Handle soldering, circuit tracing, and board-level diagnostics using oscilloscopes and multimeters. · Repair and replace laptop components like SMPS, capacitors, ICs, and transistors . · Perform BIOS flashing and firmware updates . · Handle service requests efficiently and ensure timely delivery of repaired devices. · Maintain service records and ensure quality control in all repairs. Assist junior technicians in learning and improving their chip-level repair skills. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: · Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in chip-level motherboard repair. · Education: Diploma / ITI / BE in Electronics or a related field. · Technical Skills: Strong experience in BGA rework & reballing. Expertise in circuit tracing & IC replacement Hands-on experience with SMD soldering & desoldering. Knowledge of power sequence & signal flow in laptop motherboards.
