Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Fresher / 2 Years Experience) Location: Hyderabad Shift: Night Shift ( 7pm to 4 pm) Employment Type: Full-Time - WORK FROM OFFICE Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for various technical roles with our clients based in the United States. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to launch or grow their career in technical recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions in the US market using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases. Understand and analyze client requirements (Job Descriptions) and match them with potential candidates. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates on technical skills, communication, and suitability. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates. Maintain relationships with candidates and build a pipeline for future requirements. Negotiate salaries and rate/salary terms with candidates. Submit qualified candidates in a timely manner. Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate and job order information. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT recruitment and staffing. Requirements: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, Business, or Technology). 0 to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or staffing (freshers with strong communication and learning ability are welcome). Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Willing to work in night shifts as per US time zones. Familiarity with US employment types (W2, 1099, C2C) is a plus. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of US tax terms and visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.). Experience using ATS tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar. SQL server DBA hyderabad 5 - 7 years INR 7.0 - 12.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Experience : 5yrs+ Shift : Rotational shifts including night shifts Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances, including SQL Server 2019 and above. Perform routine health checks and monitor performance of SQL databases. Resolve log space, disk space, and database mirroring connectivity issues on production servers. Perform and document database restoration tests for critical applications Work with the Veeam team to validate database backups and restorations. Provide capacity planning and implementation support for database migration projects. Implement security groups and manage database access requests Resolve authentication and login-related issues affecting production reports and applications. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. Turn on SQL Profiler for performance monitoring and transaction tracking. Identify and resolve slowness issues, including database service unavailability problems. Work on Always On error resolutions and failover service checks. Perform database consistency checks and resolve data integrity issues. Provide support for Windows patching activities on SQL production servers. Follow up on server reboots and ensure system health post-maintenance. Participate in business continuity planning Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an SQL Server DBA (5+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of SQL Server versions including 2019 and above. Experience with database backups, restoration, and high availability solutions (Always On, Mirroring, Replication). Expertise in troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing queries. Familiarity with BI tools and Data Warehouse (DWH) concepts. Experience with security administration, authentication mechanisms, and access control. Proficiency in T-SQL scripting and database automation. Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working with cloud-based database environments (Azure SQL). Knowledge of ITIL best practices for incident and change management.
