Position Overview: Inside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage with international clients to understand their requirements, pitch relevant products/services, and close deals. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of company offerings to provide accurate and compelling information to prospects. Pipeline Management: Track leads, maintain records in CRM software, and ensure timely follow-ups. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to improve conversion rates. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance metrics. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers for long-term business growth. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer pain points to refine sales approaches. Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 2-5 years of inside sales experience in an international voice process (B2B or B2C). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral or US/UK accent. Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle objections, rejections, and work in a target-driven environment. Flexibility: Willing to work in rotational shifts aligned with international time zones (UK, or APAC). Preferred Qualifications:Experience in selling SaaS, IT services, or Tech products.
