They terminate some Deserved candidates. People Inside floor share patient charts with auditors the auditors helping some dumb coders without knowledge. Some Unworthy candidates surviving Inside the floor with help of auditors having access. Please Don't terminate worthy candidates.

It's a scam! The management is not transparent at all! This firm lacks professionalism. They never mention regarding the pay scale in the offer letter more over the hr changes his words in snap of a finger! They hire daily labours in the name of medical coder!

I have worked for Episource since 2018. Honestly I really love working at Episource. All you need to do is your job that you were trained for. Episouce is one of the great companies I ever worked for.
