Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Mid-Level) Industry: EV Charging Infrastructure / Automotive & Mobility / Renewable Energy / Real Estate / Oil & Gas / Energy Transition / Utilities & Power Distribution Location: Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Coimbatore Experience Required: 1-3 Years Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Manager Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support the execution of our organizations sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing business development initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and marketing functions. This role requires an individual with strong execution skills, the ability to follow strategic directions, and a drive to contribute to the companys growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Execute sales and marketing plans as directed by management. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns and events. Coordinate with digital marketing and design teams for creation of marketing materials. Track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and share insights with the manager. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Support marketing operations such as lead generation, follow-ups, and customer communication. Ensure timely completion of assigned sales targets and marketing tasks. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand, interpret, and execute management instructions effectively. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and lead management systems. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory). MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Sales (preferred). 13 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in relevant industries. Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and performance.
