Role & responsibilities As one of our first Account Executives, youll be a foundational member of the Ephanti sales team. This is a rare opportunity to help shape our go-to-market strategy while driving revenue from day one. Youll focus on converting BANT-qualified leads provided by our strategic partner into long-term customers dedicating your energy to high-value consultative selling rather than cold prospecting. You will be responsible for building relationships and closing deals with customers, with a focus on our primary market in India and strategic opportunities in the US. Youll own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, while partnering with leadership and Customer Success to ensure new clients achieve rapid, measurable impact. This role is ideal for a highly independent, analytical, and customer-centric sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. Own the Pipeline: Take full ownership of BANT-qualified leads and drive them through the entire sales cycle, from first contact to a signed deal. Consultative Selling: Lead insightful, discovery-driven conversations that uncover a prospect's core business pain and position Ephanti as a transformational solution. Build Consensus: Navigate complex customer organizations to build buy-in across diverse stakeholders and champions. Forecasting & Discipline: Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene in the CRM and deliver accurate, reliable revenue forecasts. Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as a critical feedback loop to leadership and the product team, sharing key market insights that will directly influence our product and strategy. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 24 years of proven success in a SaaS sales role, with a track record of consistently exceeding quota. Expertise: Skilled in consultative and solution selling, with hands-on experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Skills: Exceptional communication, discovery, and presentation skills.
