Environmental Engineer(Project Coordinator)

*Environmental Engineer cum Project Coordinator* with 6+ years of work experience required in *a reputed real-estate organisation* located at *Andheri, Mumbai*

*Environmental compliance experience in a real estate organisation is must*

* *Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation related to Environmental Clearance, Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) Clearance, Public Hearing, and High Rise Building (HRB) reports*

- Prepare compliance reports and handle technical correspondence and assistance with regulatory authorities and project proponents.

- *Review the documentation part required for Environment Clearance, CRZ clearance, High rise clearance & consent*

- Analyze and assess primary and secondary data, interpreting results according to prescribed rules and guidelines

- *Prepare technical presentations for SEAC II, MCZMA, and HRC committees* for clearances

- *Assist V.P Liaisoning* & works closely with all departments and represents the property operation department

- *Coordinating with environment consultants, architects, MEP, structural , geotechnical & landscape consultants* for clearance & consent

*Alternat Saturdays are off*

Salary upto *Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum* (can be increased for a suitable candidate)
