Have experience of capital equipment's and bulk material handling systems as quality assurance engineer and having NDT certification and welding engineer certificate will be an added advantage. Education - B.E. Mechanical Experience: 4 to 7 years Specific Industry Experience: Project Industry / Capital Equipment Manufacturing / Heavy Machineries (Machine Tools) Other Requirements: Knowledge of NDT techniques / calibration of instrument / destructive testing SAP-MM / QA Module Key Responsibilities Inspection of all incoming material for dimension and test certificates. Visit to vendor suppliers for inspection of equipment's machining items, raw material, forging, heat treatment and ensuring same are as per the drawings and quality standards requirement. Preparation of QAP for all the projects and submission & follow up with the customer for approval on time ensuring that it is not affecting the final delivery of the project. Keeping records of all quality documents related to all project and submission to customer for final clearance Planning and arranging the inspection and obtaining the clearance from the customer.

Education: B.E (Mechanical), PMP will be added advantage Experience: 4 to 7 years Specific Industry Experience: Project Industry / Capital Equipment Manufacturing / Heavy Machineries (Machine Tool) Other Requirements: Knowledge of QMS / EMS / SAP - MM / Project Module Responsibilities Timely communication with customer for project status updates Follow-up with internal departments for tracking and updating the project status and ensuring that the delivery of project is on track. Follow-up with customer for drawing and all other documents approval on time ensuring that it is not affecting final delivery of the project. Monitoring the budget of the project and ensuring no budget overrun. Planning and arranging the inspection and obtaining clearances from customer. Planning and arrangement of the transport for Project item delivery. Should have knowledge of necessary commercials such as different taxation, invoice, billing etc.
