The job will entail handling movement of all the 3 brands in India as well as abroad. Quality check of all replacement products before dispatching it to the consumers. Responsible for taking corrective action on the products after QC check Reducing failure and improving overall quality for product Stock management Managing complete service stock for warehouse Receiving of stock Transfer note from warehouse Issue of stock transfer note for dispatched products from warehouse Responsible for dispatch of faulty products back to the factory. Overall inventory management in warehouse (products, spares, packaging material ) Supporting logistics team with packaging of products. Providing relevant information regarding stock and product quality to customer care team Skills & Experience Requirement: Technical skills and problem-solving skills are paramount Good interpersonal skills Communication: Effective communication skills to work with cross functional domain.
