The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing the HR department's daily operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related issues. The Senior HR Executive will also handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies Skills in Payroll Processing and Benefits Administration Experience in Training, Employee Engagement, and Compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Prior experience in the HR field, preferably in a senior or executive-level role
