Role Overview

MBA in Finance Freshers

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing:

  Assist in calculating employee wages, deductions, allowances, and net pay accurately.

• Attendance & Leave Management:

  Reconcile attendance records, leaves, and overtime entries prior to payroll execution.

• Data Maintenance:

  Maintain and update employee financial and tax records in payroll software/ERP systems.

• Query Resolution:

  Address basic employee inquiries regarding salary slips, tax deductions, and payment schedules.

• Compliance Support:

  Help prepare documentation for statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS).

• Reporting:

  Generate monthly payroll summaries, variance reports, and payout registers for internal audit.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education:

  Master of Business Administration in Finance – Freshers (2024/2026 graduates preferred).

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, US tax structures, and payroll concepts.
• Good Communication Skill as candidate as to communicate with global team as well
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

• Flexibility:

  Willingness to work consistently in the

  3:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift
