We create practical learning systems, books, and frameworks that help business owners scale confidently. We are looking for a skilled Accountant who can manage our end-to-end accounting, compliance, and reporting functions powered by Zoho applications. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate books of accounts in Zoho Books and manage daily bookkeeping. - Handle GST, TDS/TCS, and Income Tax compliance including filings, reconciliation, and returns. - Manage payroll, PF, ESI, and Labour Law compliances with timely submissions. - Support internal audits, financial controls, and statutory documentation. - Oversee inventory accounting and reconcile book vs. physical stock. - Prepare MIS, financial reports, and dashboards for management. - Manage Zoho integrations — Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Inventory — ensuring automation and accuracy. Required Skills: - B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent finance qualification. - 3–5 years of accounting & compliance experience (preferably in MSME/startup sector). - Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, and Indian taxation systems. - Sound understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audit practices. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset. - Excellent coordination and communication skills.
