Role Overview: We are expanding our Remote Operations Team to enhance global support for our CHP units. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, India , this role supports 24/7 remote monitoring, control, and technical support for our biomass CHP systems in collaboration with teams in Germany, the UK, and Japan. This position is vital to maintaining system reliability and performance through continuous monitoring and troubleshooting, both remotely and occasionally on-site. It requires adaptability, technical skills, and commitment to rotational shifts, including weekends. What You Will Do Remote Monitoring & Operations Monitor biomass CHP units using advanced digital tools. Identify issues in real time and take remote actions to stabilize system performance. Ensure smooth 24/7 operations with minimal downtime. Technical Support (L2 & L3) Support field and commissioning teams via calls, messages, and email. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues. Maintain and update SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documents. On-Site Support (As Needed) Assist with installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Train and guide local service staff to ensure safe and efficient operations. Collaborate with engineering teams for upgrades and technology enhancements. Continuous Improvement Analyse performance data to propose preventive and predictive maintenance actions. Work on improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and reduce downtime. Stay updated with new technologies in the renewable energy space.
