Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports 2. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts and manage ongoing client communications Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client base Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to strengthen relationships 3. Market Research & Analysis Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Identify target markets and customer segments for business expansion Gather intelligence on potential clients, their business needs, and decision-making processes Monitor industry news and developments to identify new opportunities Prepare market analysis reports and present findings to management Evaluate pricing strategies and recommend adjustments based on market conditions 4. Partnership Development Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses Negotiate partnership agreements and collaboration terms Maintain relationships with partners and ensure mutual benefit from collaborations Explore joint venture opportunities and alliance possibilities Coordinate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and co-selling activities 5. Sales Support & Coordination Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service Provide input for marketing campaigns and promotional activities Support the development of sales materials, brochures, and presentations Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events Assist in the onboarding process for new clients Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper solution delivery 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business opportunities Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitive activities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Language: Hindi, English (Preferred) Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
