Job Title: Branch Head Travel Business Location: Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead our travel business operations based in Chandigarh , overseeing the entire Punjab region . In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage a team of Travel Consultants and drive growth by developing new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing sales for both domestic and international tour packages. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the branch travel sales operations across Punjab. Supervise and mentor a team of Travel Consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service. Plan, design, and sell customized travel packages (domestic & international) with a focus on senior travelers and other customer segments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and convert new business opportunities, including partnerships and B2B/B2C sales channels. Prepare accurate travel quotes and detailed itineraries tailored to client preferences. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure operational efficiency, timely reporting, and adherence to company policies. Key Requirements: Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in a leadership or business development role. Strong understanding of domestic and international travel products, destinations, and itineraries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to manage and motivate a sales team to meet business goals. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi will be an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a travel business or agency, with 2+ years in a leadership position.
