Job Role : Payroll Executive Location : Chennai Exp : 1 to 3 years Key Skills : Attendance , Leave Management , Statutory Compliance, Payroll Processing No. Of Position : 2 Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Input Collation Gathering accurate employee data includes personal details, bank account information, tax declarations, attendance records, and reimbursement claims. 2. Payroll Processing Payroll processing involves calculating employees' earnings, applying statutory deductions (Provident Fund, Professional Tax, and Tax Deducted at Source), and calculating net pay. 3. Payroll Reports Generating detailed payroll reports including information on gross pay, deductions, net pay, and statutory contributions. 4. F&F Input Collation For Full & Final (F&F) settlements, collect data on pending leaves, outstanding loans, bonuses, and other dues. 5. F&F Processing Calculate the final settlement amount by considering all dues and deductions. This includes unpaid salary, leave encashment, bonuses, and any recoveries. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 6. F&F Slip Generation Generate a detailed Full & Final settlement slip for the employee, outlining all payments and deductions. This document serves as a record of the settlement and should be provided to the employee. 7. Reimbursement Bills Validation Validate reimbursement claims by ensuring they are supported by original receipts and comply with company policies and ensures accurate financial records. 8. Investment Proof Validation Ensure that the investments are eligible under Section 80C and other relevant sections of the Income Tax Act. 9. Attendance & Time Office Management Implement a reliable time and attendance system to track employee working hours, leaves. This data is crucial for accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws 10. Statutory Compliance Updates Stay informed about changes in labor laws and tax regulations. Regularly update payroll systems and processes to ensure compliance with the latest legal requirements. 11. Statutory Compliance Report Prepare and submit statutory compliance reports, including details of Provident Fund, ESI, Professional Tax, and Tax Deducted at Source contributions. Timely submission helps avoid penalties and legal issues. 12. Employee Insurance Ensure timely renewals and communicate coverage details to employees. 13. NATS / Contract Payroll For contract employees, process payroll separately, considering factors like contract duration, agreed-upon rates, and applicable deductions
