Job Description

As a PGT (English), you will play a vital role in educating students and fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the English language and literature
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction, developing engaging lesson plans, and evaluating students' progress
Responsibilities:Teaching: Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons that cover various aspects of the language, including grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing
Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain a well-structured English curriculum that aligns with academic standards and educational goals
Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can actively engage in the learning process
Assessment: Evaluate and assess students' performance through assignments, tests, and other forms of assessment
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve
Individualized Support: Offer additional support to students who need help in mastering English skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Cultural Understanding: Promote an understanding of English-speaking cultures and their influence on literature and language
Parent and Teacher Communication: Maintain open communication with parents or guardians to provide feedback on student progress and address any concerns
