Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate recorded

  reading and pronunciation sessions

  conducted by native English teachers.
• Assess teachers' performance against predefined

  evaluation rubrics and quality guidelines

  .
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable

  feedback

  to improve teaching quality.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, observations, and feedback.
• Follow a

  data-driven approach

  while evaluating and reporting performance.
• Participate in regular

  training and calibration sessions

  to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure consistency in evaluating pronunciation, reading fluency, phonics application, and language delivery.
• Demonstrate a strong and practical understanding of

  phonics principles

  .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  English / English Literature

  or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of

  phonics principles

  and their application in reading and pronunciation.
• Familiarity with

  US and UK phonics curriculum standards

  .
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical and evaluation-oriented mindset.
• Ability to provide

  constructive and meaningful feedback

  .
• Comfortable working with digital evaluation tools and online platforms.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a

  WFH environment

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in

  English teaching, phonics teaching, language teaching, teacher training, or academic evaluation

  .
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with

  online education platforms, e-learning tools, or virtual classrooms

  .
• Strong understanding of

  English pronunciation, reading, and phonics-based instruction

  .

• Immediate joiners preferred.
