As a People Manager within the Adobe Cloud Platforms & Collaboration (ACPC) Group, you will be leading a highly skilled engineering team in building a scalable and available Content Platform for Adobe SaaS offerings on public clouds. Your role involves mentoring and guiding the team, driving technical design and implementation strategy, and shaping technical product architecture. You will partner with global product management and engineering leaders to ensure successful project delivery and influence product direction based on emerging industry technologies and trends. Your responsibilities will include attracting, hiring, on-boarding, and retaining top talent, developing and evolving engineering processes, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. With your strong technical skills and experience in software development, you will deliver high-performance web services, lead the team in creating execution plans, and apply best practices to ensure high code quality and maintainable solutions. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 9 years of software development experience with proven management abilities. Strong Java/JEE skills, expertise in technologies such as Kafka, Azure Cosmos DB, and Mongo DB, as well as experience with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure) are essential. You should demonstrate a track record of leading significant software projects, coaching and mentoring engineers, and recruiting top talent. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for what you do, are key to succeeding in this role.
