About the role

You will own the design, build and delivery of scalable technology products while leading and growing a team of engineers. You will work closely with product, business and leadership to turn priorities into reliable systems.

What you'll do

• Technical leadership: own architecture and development of scalable applications. Set coding standards, review code, make key technical calls and resolve complex issues across performance, security and reliability.

• People leadership: manage and mentor engineers, run performance conversations, allocate work, build team culture, and help with hiring and onboarding.

• Delivery and stakeholders: shape requirements with product and business teams, lead sprint planning and estimation, track delivery, and report progress and risks to leadership.

What we're looking for

• 10–15 years of experience, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

• Strong hands-on software development and system architecture experience.

• A track record of leading engineering teams, with strong people and stakeholder skills.

• Expertise in at least one of Java, Python, Node.js or .NET.

• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, plus databases, APIs, microservices and CI/CD.

• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced product or technology environments.

• DevOps and automation exposure.

• A cloud or Agile certification.
