Role & responsibilities Handle incoming leads and client inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp Understand client requirements related to CAD, CAE, 3D printing, and engineering services Prepare quotations and follow up with clients for closure Coordinate with the technical team on project scope and timelines Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales records Generate new business through cold calling, references, and online platforms Assist with vendor registration and basic sales documentation Preferred candidate profile BE in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) Fresher or candidate with 02 years of experience in sales or business development Basic understanding of CAD, CAE, 3D printing, or engineering services is an advantage Good communication skills and confidence in client interaction Comfortable with calls, emails, and WhatsApp-based coordination Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Word) Willing to work full-time from office (Ray Road, Mumbai)
