Engineer - PSE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the In-Service Operations/Maintenance activities of various Large, Medium, and Small Gas Turbine Aero engines. This includes providing solutions to salvage engine components and working in a significantly challenging work environment. Your typical activities will involve working on technical publications such as Aircraft Maintenance Manual [AMM], Engine Shop Manual [ESM], Service Bulletin [SB], and other manuals content creation and revision. You will also be involved in investigating failures/non-conformance and providing salvage solutions/repair options, as well as technical report writing, data analysis, and computation. Key Responsibilities: - Technical publication content creation and revision including Aircraft Maintenance Manual [AMM], Engine Shop Manual [ESM], Service Bulletin [SB], and other manuals. - Investigation of failure/non-conformance and providing salvage solutions/repair options. - Technical report writing, data analysis, and computation. Qualifications Required: - Proactive and energetic individual with in-depth knowledge of gas turbine aero engines, engine components, and their function during engine operation/system. - Understanding of various damages and different salvage methods. - Knowledge of part drawing reading and GD&T concepts. - Familiarity with various manufacturing/inspection/repair processes applicable to salvage components. - Experience with Engine/LRU assembly/disassembly and build shop. - Understanding of Stress/Design/Material/Lifing analysis and substantiation reports. - Strong technical writing skills in English, ability to read and interpret Technical Specifications, and other engineering data related to components and system maintenance. - Knowledge of various delivery excellence and quality control systems.
