Engineer - Moulding

You will be responsible for operating injection molding machinery, setting up machines, dryers, and mold peripherals, as well as overseeing day-to-day shift activities and production. Your tasks will include supervising production employees and maintenance, conducting visual inspections for quality control, performing routine maintenance on machinery, and implementing process changes to optimize cycle times. Additionally, you will be required to set up on-the-job training programs, support tool and die maintenance, prepare production reports, and identify opportunities for improvement within the production department. To qualify for this role, you must have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) and a Diploma in Plastic Technology. A preferred qualification includes a background in Plastic Technology in Process. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of work experience, in-depth knowledge of Plastic Technology, and strong product analytical skills.
