Engineer Manager

Job Description

Lead and manage a team of software/hardware/mechanical engineers (customize as per your field) Oversee day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring high-quality execution of projects Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Manage resource planning, recruitment, and onboarding of new engineers Drive process improvements and implement best practices in engineering workflows Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and professional development planning Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management, and agile methodologies Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering complex projects Ability to balance technical depth with strategic thinking Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: MANAGER: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Jodhpur, Jodhpur, Rajasthan (Preferred) Work Location: In person
