Citizen developer role:
- Develop and support business process workflows via Power Automate solution – To structure and automate Enquiry and order processing, improving speed and reducing manual efforts.
- Improve productivity, speed and visibility via Microsoft Power apps for Global enquiry tracking and monitoring, field service digitalization, product selection tools, marketing reference application etc.
- Develop and maintain Business KPI dashboards via Power BI for reporting transparency that support operational performance monitoring, business insights and data-driven decision-making.
Engineer - Digital Solution Specialist (F/M/D) Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, to support business use cases such as enquiry tracking, order workflows, approvals, notifications, and process automation, with a focus on quality, usability, and timely delivery.
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports to track sales KPIs, enquiries, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and actionable business insights.
- Manage and structure business data (within developed solutions) using Dataverse and Dataflows, ensuring reliable data availability, integrity, and alignment with application requirements.
- Integrate digital solutions with Microsoft platforms and external systems through APIs, enabling seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Enhance, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications and workflows based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Support end-to-end solution lifecycle management, including deployment, testing, and maintenance across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
- Ensure documentation of developed solutions, to ensure coding, logic, decision making etc. are documented sufficiently, that others can contribute/ take over if needed
- Support testing, validation, and training, ensuring functionality, usability, and alignment with defined business requirements.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and issue resolution support for deployed tools, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Data and Business Analytics.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong focus on workflow automation and low-code application development.
- Working knowledge of data and integration technologies, including Dataverse, Dataflows, API integrations (REST/JSON), and applicational exposure to SAP-driven business processes
- Preferrable Experience working in and with SAP ERP system
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with the ability to develop end-to-end digital solutions.
- Good understanding of data handling and management, leveraging tools such as Excel, SharePoint, and Dataverse to support reliable and structured data usage within applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional digital solutions, supported by working knowledge of SAP ERP system, API integrations, automation workflows, and dashboard development.
