But the depth of capabilities that we found on Engati in terms of features & use cases - were promising. We've decided to opt for a Whitelabel model from Engati and see how it works out for our existing customers.

We already had a chatbot from one of the companies, but when we checked Engati - we figured that we could do much more with our chatbot, including lead gen, marketing and automating our sales processes as well. We feel it's a little expensive but it's worth it if you have the capacity to spend.

There is no limit to the number of chats which Engati can handle at the same time. We gave Engati a trial this year and we have never looked back. First, it was the impressive quality of support we got from them & they were available to guide us through the installation and deployment of our chatbot.

The team is very helpful, they helped us verify my Facebook account for deploying it on WhataApp. They got it approved in 1-2 days, where others take approximately approx 1 month to get the approvals. Give them a try if you're looking for a better go-to-market solution.

1, After we deployed the bot - training the chatbot on different keywords & phrases was easier - and we just had to upload all our support documents for training - and the bot scanned the entire document & trained itself on the queries. We loved that feature as it just reduces our work a lot!

The WhatsApp chatbot has handled most of the queries very well. The number of complaints we were getting have reduced since we have installed the chatbot. Engati also helped us getting the green tick on our whatsApp business account
