Engati is a very good platform for building a chatbot and is very easy to use. We were able to integrate it quickly. The WhatsApp Automation integration has worked out really well for us.

I've been hooked to Engati for three years now, love the product and evolved so much. There were some bugs when I had built my chatbot - but they've made decent progress in making the platform robust. My eCommerce website recently moved to a Shopify Store and Engati ensured a very smooth migration as well.

Engati is an amazing chatbot development platform. It is a No-code bot builder that’s easy to use, and can be integrated in 14 different channels. The best part is that I just have to upload a document and the bot reads the entire document in no time and starts answering questions based on that policy.
