Job Summary: The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and engaging suppliers for equipment, materials, and services required in oil and gas operations. This role ensures cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely delivery in line with company standards and project requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in oil and gas or heavy industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office. Knowledge of global sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet operational requirements. Identify and qualify new vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to define technical specifications. Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and perform commercial and technical bid analysis. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, HSE standards, and company procurement policies. Manage purchase orders, contract execution, and supplier performance tracking.
