We are looking for a proactive and creative Product Designer & Merchandising Executive with 4–5 years of experience in men’s and women’s wear. This is a hybrid role that combines creative development with market driven approach, ideal for someone who pairs creative thinking with sharp market insight The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in trend research, fabric knowledge, client coordination, and market positioning across both export and retail segments. Key Responsibilities: * Research and translate seasonal trends, colors, and fabrics into relevant design directions. * Develop design concepts, graphics, and samples aligned with brand/client briefs. * Coordinate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to manage end-to-end product development. * Handle client communication, sampling, and regular follow-ups to ensure timely execution. * Create and deliver compelling presentations and trend decks for internal and client use. * Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment, product storytelling, and go-to-market support. * Stay updated on fabric innovations, print techniques, surface technique and competitive market trends. Requirements: * 4–5 years of experience as a designer with merchandising responsibilities. * Strong understanding of men’s and women’s wear, fashion trends, and textile knowledge. * Excellent in communication, coordination, follow-ups, and adhering to timelines. * Experience working with export houses and retail fashion brands is essential. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation tools. * Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to learn and take ownership of responsibilities. * Degree in Fashion Design. * Salary -Industry Standard.
