Role: Manager – Account Management We are looking for a Manager – Account Management with a strong background in client servicing and management within a packaging or premedia environment for our Mumbai and Bangalore office. You will lead key accounts, act as a strategic partner to our clients, and guide internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions—ranging from packaging design, artworks and reprographics to digital asset production. This role requires a blend of business proficiency, strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and deep knowledge of design, premedia and print processes. You'll manage complex projects, contribute to business growth, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Client Partnership & Strategic Management Serve as the lead point of contact for key accounts, fostering trust and building relationships. Understand client business objectives and proactively recommend solutions to add value for the packaging design and artworks. Develop account plans and contribute to long-term client strategy. Conduct regular client meetings and QBRs to strengthen engagement. Project & Operations Oversight Oversee large-scale or multi-market projects across packaging, artwork, and A+ Content. Ensure end-to-end project delivery with excellence—from intake and scoping to final output and quality control. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including design, artwork, prepress, QA, technical & finance. Quality & Delivery Assurance Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and internal quality standards. Facilitate reviews, approvals, and revisions efficiently. Communicate feedback clearly between clients and artwork production teams. Contribute to internal process improvements and workflow efficiency. Financial Management Take responsibility of the overall revenue growth for the account Prepare quotes and assist with budget management. Monitor project profitability and ensure billing accuracy. Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed project records and status reports. Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Printing, Communications, Graphic Arts, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative, premedia, or print production. Strong understanding of packaging, artworks, print production processes, and workflow solutions management. Experience working with global or multi-brand clients in industries like FMCG or retail. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, project or workflow management software and MIS systems is a plus.
