We are seeking a professional who has hands-on experience in implementing and supporting 4QT software within real estate companies (in a vendor capacity or client side). The ideal candidate should now be open to transitioning to the client side within a real estate developer, where they will: Provide end-to-end support for the smooth functioning of 4QT software . Work closely with 4QT teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent software-related issues . Coordinate with the vendor 4QT to address escalations and ensure seamless usage of the platform. Assist in training, onboarding, and guiding staff on optimal usage of the software. Act as a bridge between business requirements and software capabilities to enhance efficiency. Role & responsibilities - 4QT CRM Software Development & Updates: Assist the CRM team by managing new developments, updates, and ensuring smooth functioning of CRM software. Project Implementation: Support new project implementations by ensuring seamless integration with the CRM system. Data Management & Security: Maintain accurate records, ensure data security, and assist the CRM team in safeguarding sensitive customer and company information. Monitoring CRM Updates & Impacts: Keep track of system changes and inform the CRM team about their impact on processes such as Payment Plans, BBA, Allotment, Demand, Reminders, Cancellations, Welcome Letters, Possession Documents, Possession Certificates, and Agreements. Technical Issue Resolution: Handle day-to-day technical issues faced by the CRM team and escalate where necessary. Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between CRM, 4QT, and Pinga Teams for effective coordination and timely resolution of issues. Sales/CRM Data Entry Support: Troubleshoot sales/CRM data entries and provide support to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Team Training & Support: Assist in training CRM team members on system usage, updates, and troubleshooting. Reporting & MIS: Prepare weekly CRM status reports. Generate and maintain MIS reports including Sales (Daily/Weekly/Monthly), Transfer, Inventory, Dues, Collection, Receipt-wise, Installment-wise, Tower-wise, and Inflow (1/2/4 years). Financial Year-End Support: Assist in preparing dues and collection reports required for the financial year balance sheet.
