About the Role: We are seeking a Part-Time Civil Engineering Trainer to join our team and mentor aspiring engineers. This role is ideal for experienced civil engineers who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and sharing practical industry knowledge with students. The trainer will design and deliver engaging sessions, provide technical guidance, and prepare students for real-world engineering challenges. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training sessions on core civil engineering concepts and practices (online, with occasional workshops). Design effective lesson materials, assignments, and activities. Provide technical support and mentor junior engineers. Evaluate student progress and improve training effectiveness. What We’re Looking For: Strong expertise in Civil Engineering design and engineering principles. Practical industry experience as a civil engineer. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is an advantage. Education & Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) – required. Professional Engineer (PE) license – preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, StaadPRO etc. Familiarity with Primavera P6, Revit, and MS Excel for civil applications. Knowledge of Site Management and Quantity Surveying.
