Responsibilities: To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, L1, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications. Prepare Technical Financial bids & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on GEM portals. Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders. Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order. Drafting and Negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations.Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines. Practial knowledge of excel & its various function. Education – Minimum Graduation is required. * Experience in handling e-government portal ( GEM Portal ) is required. Requirements: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
