Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Email Outbound Strategist to own and drive our outbound email channel. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, with hands-on expertise in outbound email strategy, campaign execution, targeting, messaging and pipeline generation.

This is a hands-on role where you will independently plan, execute, test and optimize outbound programs while working closely with Marketing and Sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly outbound strategies including target segments, volumes, offers and pipeline goals.
• Build and manage target account and persona lists using firmographic, technographic and intent data.
• Create effective email sequences, messaging, hooks, proof points and CTAs for senior B2B audiences.
• Build and manage outbound sequences using HubSpot and other outbound tools.
• Manage campaign cadence, suppression rules and lead handoff to the Sales team.
• Manage email deliverability, domain and inbox infrastructure, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending volumes and spam/bounce rates.
• Plan and conduct A/B tests for subject lines, offers, sequence length and messaging.
• Track and analyze campaign performance including replies, meetings, SQLs and pipeline generated.
• Prepare weekly performance dashboards and provide data-driven insights.
• Work closely with SDR/AE teams to ensure effective lead qualification and handoff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Growth Marketing.
• Strong experience with Outbound Email Marketing as a primary channel.
• Proven experience owning and delivering an outbound program.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot including workflows, lists, custom properties and reporting.
• Experience with outbound tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Outreach or similar.
• Experience with data and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• Strong B2B copywriting and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with weekly pipeline and performance metrics.

Good to Have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS, IT Services or B2B Agency environment.
• Experience working with CXO-level and senior leadership audiences.
• Experience with ABM or multi-channel outreach including Email, LinkedIn and Calling.
• Basic SQL or spreadsheet modelling skills.
• Agency experience managing outbound campaigns across multiple clients or ICPs.

Preferred Background

Candidates from B2B SaaS, IT Services or B2B agencies with titles such as Demand Generation Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Outbound/GTM Lead or Lead Generation Manager would be preferred.

Note: Candidates with only tool-operation/copywriting experience, B2C-only email marketing experience, or pure CRM/marketing automation administration experience may not be suitable for this role.
