Email Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Email Marketing Executive with 2 years of proven experience to take ownership of our email marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, lead nurturing, and conversions through impactful, well-crafted email campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Email Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and sales across various customer segments.
• Content Collaboration: Coordinate with content and design teams to craft compelling messages, visuals, and calls-to-action aligned with brand voice and goals.
• List Segmentation & Targeting: Build and manage segmented email lists based on user behavior, location, funnel stage, and other relevant criteria.
• Performance Optimization: Run A/B tests on subject lines, email layout, and CTAs to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Marketing Automation: Create and manage automated workflows for onboarding, nurturing, and re-engagement using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (open rates, CTR, bounce rates, conversions) and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure emails adhere to global regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing within a digital marketing team or agency.
• Proficiency with email marketing tools/platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, email automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Familiarity with email design principles; basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to guide decision-making.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
