Email Lead Generation Specialist - (US Process)

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Specialist who can build and manage our complete outbound email marketing infrastructure from scratch for US-based B2B clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of email deliverability, domain setup, automation tools, and cold email outreach. We need someone who can independently establish the infrastructure, develop lead generation strategies, execute campaigns, and generate qualified leads and sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the complete email marketing setup from scratch, including domains, mailboxes, DNS configuration, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Manage email deliverability, domain warm-up, sender reputation, inbox rotation, and bounce management.
• Develop B2B lead generation strategies targeting US-based businesses and decision-makers.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, and similar tools.
• Set up and manage cold email campaigns, automated follow-ups, and multi-step outreach sequences.
• Work with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot, and Mailshake.
• Optimize email copy, subject lines, and CTAs through A/B testing.
• Track campaign performance, qualified leads, positive reply rates, and meetings booked.
• Integrate outreach campaigns with CRM platforms and establish scalable workflows and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email marketing regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, cold outreach, or lead generation.
• Proven experience building email marketing infrastructure and outbound campaigns from scratch.
• Strong expertise in email deliverability, domain configuration, authentication, and inbox management.
• Hands-on experience with email automation and prospecting tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience generating qualified B2B leads for the US market, preferably for agencies, SaaS, or service-based businesses.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Excellent written English, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
