As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Accountant to independently manage our accounting and compliance functions. Role: Senior Accountant (On-site, Full-Time) Key Responsibilities: Accounting Operations (Zoho Books):Full accounting in Zoho Books: Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Payroll Manage and reconcile Petty Cash and sundry vendors Maintain physical and digital accounting registers Track and manage recurring expenses: utilities, insurance, subscriptions, etc. GST & Tax Compliance:Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns Perform GST 2A reconciliation File GST Annual Return – GSTR-9 (if applicable) Prepare and pay Advance Tax File PTRC & PTEC returns File LUT (Letter of Undertaking) for exports Audit & Compliance:Assist in Statutory and Income Tax Audits Conduct internal audits across departments Ensure compliance with ESIC, Rubber Board, and other applicable government requirements Other Finance Tasks:Payment follow-ups and receivable tracking Vendor payment scheduling Payroll processing and disbursement Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and statutory compliance Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar online accounting tools Advanced skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi Must have own two-wheeler with a valid driving license Preferred residence: East Pune (Kharadi, Viman Nagar, Wagholi, Hadapsar) Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40-minute lunch break) Weekly Off: Thursdays Overtime: Paid on a pro-rata basis Leave: 1 paid leave/month + 12 additional leaves/year Bonus: Diwali bonus as per company policy
We are hiring a Quality, Logistics & Inventory Supervisor to handle day-to-day operations at our rubber manufacturing unit. The role involves quality inspection of rubber compounds and moulded products, maintaining test reports and stock records, and ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods. Responsibilities: Conduct hardness, tensile & rheography tests and maintain reports. Inspect moulded products & report rejections. Supervise packing, labelling, and dispatch. Track raw materials, finished goods & packing stock daily. Maintain cleanliness and assist production when required. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Polymer Engineering preferred. 2–5 years’ experience in quality, inventory or production supervision. Must be detail-oriented with good Excel/Sheets skills.
